One-Shoulder Circle Set
A two-piece covered in circles. The top is cropped and held on one shoulder; discs stack from the strap down the torso and stop short of the waist, so a band of skin stays open. The skirt picks up the same circles, cut to the knee, the hem scalloped by the discs themselves.
All over circles— each disc is cut and applied. A party length of the circle language used in the longer looks.
