We use the finest fabrics to make our clothes. All our clothes have washing and care recommendations. We highly recommend dry clean only.

Sales Tax

Items sold within New York State are subject to NY Sales Tax.

No customer information will be shared with any third party. 

For U.S. Domestic Orders processed by 12:00 pm ship within 3-7 business days. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays.

Standard 3-7 day shipping - $10.00

International shipping - $75.00

Free shipping on all orders over $250.00

Delays

Delfina Balda is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters etc., which may lengthen estimated delivery times.

Once you have received your order, you have 7 days to make a return. You have to follow these steps:

1. Send an email to hello@delfinabalda.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.

2. Once the return is accepted, you have to ship the items back and send us the tracking number.

3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels. The product must be in perfect conditions.

4. All sales items are final.

*Original shipping costs are not refunded.

International orders are subject to additional fees that we cannot control or change due to foreign and bank fees.

International shipping is flat rate US $75.00

International shipping varies per order depending on destination and size of package. 

Bank Conversion Fees

For international orders, some banks may charge additional fees for converting to supported currencies. 

Foreign Transaction Fees

Foreign transaction fees may apply. 

With every order, a tracking number is emailed to the provided email address.
